<p>楼主精神、心意可嘉!然辨别茶者不在如此,一个简单台茶与台式茶之区别,于茶好坏未免过于简单。</p><p>所言辨别方式也是肤浅武断,漏洞百出。若是有心玩转台茶,建议先习基础工艺制法原由,弄清味韵出于何因,再论茶间所得辩识之道~</p><p>真心建议,并无他意,言语之下,兄自体谅!</p>

茶之忌味,源于制造,制造含种植和采制,这点不说或说不到点子上,不能服人

呵呵,机采茶就一定差过手采茶吗?南投名间机采茶多了去,品种大多是四季春,算不算台茶?占的份额可不小,松柏长青也是台湾名茶.

我的問題你還是沒回覆我呢?在另外的貼我也問了幾個問題都沒回覆,要我的茶品是沒問題的,但至少解答我的問題呀,我是抱著很有誠意來此討論茶的,結果有點失望喔

另外既然談到了走水,請教何謂走水呢?走水應如何控制?請HK版主對大家做介紹吧!有問題由小弟再來補充
